Comptroller and Auditor General (Due Diligence Complicity Audit) (Amendment) Bill 2026

Bill entitled an Act to amend the Comptroller and Au ditor General (Amendment) Act 1993 to require the Comptroller and Auditor General to conduct a due diligence review of the State’s relations with Israel in line with the legal analysis and recommendations of the United Nations Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and Israel on implementation of the Advisory Opinion of the International Court of Justice on the Legal Consequences arising from the Policies and Practices of Israel in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem.
